Offsite kit supply

Choose the right system for your project.

Explore factory-prepared building kits and specialist offsite packages. BPM helps define the brief, coordinate supplier enquiries and organise the agreed supply route. Timber frame and SIPs sit alongside steel, modular and other specialist systems to consider against your project requirements.

Every package is quoted individually. Availability, supplier appointment, engineering scope and delivery responsibilities are confirmed before an order is placed.

Why consider offsite construction?

Preparing components away from the site can support a more organised installation sequence and clearer coordination between design, procurement and delivery. The benefits vary with the system, site and agreed package; offsite construction does not automatically guarantee a lower price or shorter programme.

A package that matches the support you need.

Choose a defined supply-only package, request coordinated supply and installation, or engage BPM to manage the wider project. Foundations, groundworks, cranes, scaffolding, finishes and service connections are included only where expressly listed in the quotation.

Start with the brief, then select the system.

Tell us the building use, location, drawings or outline dimensions, target programme and delivery scope. We review access, system suitability and the specialist input required before developing supplier enquiries. Design approvals and site readiness need to align with manufacture and delivery.

Common questions

Can I buy a kit without installation? Yes, we can discuss a supply-only brief with responsibilities agreed in writing.

Are all systems immediately available? No. Specialist packages are assessed against the project and supplier availability.

Is Habitara included here? Habitara has its own collections and customer journey. Explore Habitara separately.

What does a quotation include? An itemised scope, inclusions, exclusions and delivery responsibilities, rather than an assumed turnkey price.
