BPM services
The right people. A coordinated approach.
Labour, trade teams and workforce support shaped around your project and programme.
People matched to the work.
BPM supplies labour and workforce support for customers who need additional capacity, a coordinated trade team or experienced supervision. We establish the tasks, location, required skills and duration before agreeing the resource plan. Support can be discussed across construction, installation, manufacturing and other project environments.
Trade and installation support
- Timber frame and SIP installation teams
- Carpentry, joists, decking and associated timber work
- Steel installation and specialist work packages
- Other trades sourced against the defined project requirements
Tell us the specific trade, team size and experience needed. Specialist trades and regulated work are confirmed against availability and the qualifications required for the assignment.
Workforce and supervision
- Individual operatives or coordinated teams
- Working supervisors and delivery coordination
- Production, assembly and manufacturing support
- Short-term capacity or planned project packages
The value of a defined resource plan
Agreeing tasks, competence requirements, reporting lines and mobilisation dates makes it easier to integrate additional people into your existing delivery team. Workforce supply can be combined with BPM project management where you want broader coordination.
Clear responsibilities from the start.
We agree whether the engagement is labour-only, a supervised team or a defined work package. Rates, hours, travel, accommodation, tools, PPE, supervision and site arrangements are confirmed in the quotation. Workforce availability is established for the location and programme.
Prepare for mobilisation
Provide the location, work description, dates, expected hours, required tickets or qualifications and the resources already on site. We agree suitability checks, induction arrangements, coordination and reporting before the assignment starts.
