Choose the right project scope

Three routes to discuss, with responsibilities confirmed in your quotation.

Building package

For clients arranging their own site works and installation. A proposed package may cover the manufactured structure, envelope, glazing, selected finishes and delivery to an agreed access point. Foundations, installation, services and completion responsibilities must be confirmed.

Installed building

For clients seeking delivery and installation on site. The proposed scope may include the building package, assembly, agreed internal completion, inspection and handover. Groundworks, service connections, approvals, professional fees, utility upgrades and landscaping are confirmed separately.

Turnkey project

A coordinated proposal may include design, foundations, groundworks, the building, installation, agreed services, finishes and handover. Authority charges, external utility-network upgrades and other exclusions are explicitly identified.

One quotation, clear responsibilities

These are indicative routes rather than fixed packages. The written agreement defines who undertakes each task, inclusions, exclusions, VAT treatment, payment stages and the programme for your project.
