Applicable test certificates, approvals and manufacturer warranties are collated for the systems supplied. Cover, duration and conditions are confirmed in the agreement and product documents.
Care and maintenance
Guidance covers the installed finishes, heating, ventilation, drainage and maintenance needs.
Close-out and aftercare
Any remaining items have documented responsibilities and a route to completion. Aftercare arrangements are defined in the project agreement; no blanket warranty period is implied.
